Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa. Please call us within 48 hours of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
Substitution Policy:
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
- Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Plants
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Specialty Gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
- Balloons
Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
- Containers
Containers including vases, baskets, dishes, bowls and liners for plants may be substituted depending on availability. Containers may vary to accomodate the size (price) of the gift you select.
- Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Delivery Attempted or Fees Waived
If for some reason your flowers were not delivered (or attempted) on the day that you requested delivery, then your delivery fee can be waived.
*Apartment Deliveries do not apply. If we are unable to contact the recipient by phone, we will attempt delivery, however most buildings will not allow flowers to be left in hallways or at the front door.
*This does not include deliveries for Sundays or Holidays because delivery is not available in all areas on Sundays or Holidays.
Due to the nature of florist delivered products we cannot cancel an order once the product has been delivered, however, we will replace and/or re-deliver your gift if you are not completely satisfied. Please be sure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
